We are looking for an engineer working for a limited period of time in Saint-Gobain Glass International Technical Direction (DTI) near Paris prior to assuming a management position in one of our Saint-Gobain Glass factories in Europe. During approximately 18 months you will BE in charge of developing glass manufacturing process training material, working in close collaboration with the glass central experts. In this position you will have the opportunity to acquire the glass process manufacturing knowledge which will BE necessary for your future evolution. In this period, reporting to the Glass Technical Training Manager within Saint-Gobain Glass, you will manage different e-learning projects and BE responsible for the roll out of the training modules towards a network of 25 plants all over the world. Main Responsibilities are : Through exchanges with plants and experts, develop deep technical understanding, challenge existing training material on glass manufacturing process and identify most recent best practices.
